How you can help |

The RSPCA Altrincham branch recieves no state aid. So we are responsible for raising all costs needed to run
the branch.
We are always looking for new volunters to come and help us and there is a variety of ways in which you can
do this.

Homevisiting |
Before any animal is re-homed to the public we carry out a home-visit. This is to assess the premises are suitable
for the animal and all members of the family want the animal and are aware of the responsibility and costs involved. Please
contact homecheck co-ordinator
Julia Tucker: 0161 286 2503 email: rspca.altrincham.cheshire@googlemail.com
if you are interested. A training course is available. |
Transportation |
The animals in our care often need transporting from cattery/kenels to the vets
for teatment. If you have a van or a large car and would be able to transport animals
locally within our area please contact

Fundraising |
We desperately need volinters to help with our fundraising activities or even to come up with new new ideas
for fundraising events. Please see our Fundraising page for further information. |
Foster Homes |
The Altrincham Branch have no animal center so we rely on private boarding kennels and catteries. These
are full throughout the majority of the year and we are looking for people who have space in their home to foster
a cat or dog till space becomes available. Expenses met. |
Collect Goods |
We need people who could gather unwanted gifts etc to be used for tombolas, raffles
, game prizes and to be sold. Good as new items are very useful for selling on our stalls |
Event Organising |
Could you organise an event for us? You would have the support & experice from other
volunteers if needed. There are a number of ways you could raise money for the branch. |
