The next step is to arrange with you to carry out a home visit which allows us to ensure the home is suitable and also gives you the opportunity to ask any further questions you may have about rehoming an animal. We aim to carry out home visits within a week of the animal being reserved.
During the home visit we are looking to see that:
You have a good understanding about the commitment involved in adopting your chosen animal.
On completion of a successful home visit we will arrange with you to collect the animal and their documents including vaccination card and microchip details.
Effective as of 27th March 2015, our adoption fees for dogs have been raised to £120 for adults dogs and £170 for puppies up to and including 6 months old. We will honour any rehoming fees at the older rate, which had been formally agreed prior to 27th March.
The cost includes neutering, flea control treatment, vaccination against Kennel cough, micro-chipping.
Adoption fees for Cats are £55, Kittens £65. The cost includes neutering, vaccination against Feline Infectious Enteritis and Influenza, micro-chipping.
